Job summary

D-Wave is seeking a Head of Global HR Operations to lead and scale its HR operations, technology, governance, and service delivery for a global workforce. This leader will modernize HR through automation, AI, and streamlined processes while partnering with Finance, Legal, IT, and Payroll to align with enterprise priorities.

The role requires a seasoned builder who can implement best practices in a lean, high-growth environment and manage HR operations across multiple countries and employment

Qualifications

• 12+ years HR experience, with 5+ years leading global HR Operations.
• Experience scaling HR operations in multinational, high-growth environments.
• Deep expertise in compliance, governance, data privacy, and workforce administration.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the global HR Operations strategy aligned with business priorities.
• Lead global HR technology roadmap including HRIS and platforms.
• Oversee onboarding, mobility, immigration, leaves, relocations, and offboarding.
• Ensure governance, security, and audit readiness for HR data.
• Partner with Legal, Finance, IT, Payroll and executives to enable enterprise priorities.
• Build and mentor a high-performing global HR Operations team.
