D-Wave Systems Inc. is seeking a seasoned Head of Global HR Operations to scale HR operations, technology, governance, and service delivery as the business expands globally. This leader will modernize HR through processes and systems, ensuring an exceptional employee experience.

The role partners with HR, Finance, Legal, IT, Payroll, and business leaders to align HR operations with enterprise priorities, driving operating model improvements in a lean, high-growth environment.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive HR experience, including 5+ years leading global HR Operations.
• Proven success building and scaling global HR operating models in multinational orgs.
• Deep expertise in HR governance, data privacy, compliance, and workforce administration.
• Experience leading HR technology strategy, HRIS modernization, automation, and AI initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve the global HR operating model aligned with enterprise priorities.
• Lead HR technology, automation, governance, and service delivery across the global workforce.
• Oversee global employee lifecycle operations including onboarding, mobility, immigration, leaves, relocations, and offboarding.
• Maintain strong governance, audit readiness, and HR data security.
• Build and mentor a high-performing global HR Operations team.
