Job summary

Teledyne Digital Imaging, part of Teledyne Technologies, is seeking a Human Resources Director for the Machine Vision Cameras group. You will shape talent strategy, leadership development, and organizational capability across a global technology organization.

Partner with senior leaders on workforce planning, design, and change management; drive talent reviews, engagement, and compliance. This high-visibility role offers broad impact across manufacturing, engineering, and operations.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with employment, labor, health and safety, and human rights requirements.
• Partner on compensation planning, workforce budgeting, and organizational structure decisions.
• Collaborate with global HR teams to execute key HR programs and initiatives.
