Job summary

Control Risks seeks a GSOC Team Lead to oversee a brand-new GSOC program for a Fortune 500 client. You will supervise a 24/7/365 team, monitor real-time global events, and provide strategic guidance during incidents. You will mentor analysts and drive improvements across processes, technologies, and operations.

You will deliver executive-level briefings, shape the future of a global function, and collaborate with senior leaders and stakeholders worldwide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 7-10 years of experience in intelligence analysis and threat monitoring.
• Proven experience managing a team in GSOC or emergency response.
• Experience with global risk intelligence and incident response software.
• Ability to synthesize data from multiple sources into a finished product.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Experience evaluating open-source information for incident analysis.
• Experience with emergency mass notification systems.
• Experience with travel risk management software.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the GSOC team, onboarding, training, quality assurance and scheduling for 24/7 operations.
• Monitor global events in real time and assess impact on workforce and operations.
• Review and refine intelligence products for executive stakeholders.
• Optimize workflows and implement solutions to improve efficiency and responsiveness.
• Deliver situational briefings to senior global security leadership.
• Lead development and implementation of GSOC SOPs and best practices.
• Coordinate training initiatives and exercises for readiness and compliance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to support 24/7 operations.
• Drive adoption of new services, tools and technologies.
