Job summary

Google Public Sector seeks a Technical Solutions Consultant to manage the technical relationship with its largest advertising clients and partners. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 7 years of personnel security/insider threat experience (including cybersecurity equivalents).
• 5 years of people management leading cross-functional teams.
• Experience with U.S., UK, or Canadian Federal/Intelligence Community insider threat methods, frameworks and privacy laws.

Responsibilities

• Hire, mentor, and lead a geographically dispersed team of security professionals and investigators.
• Own end-to-end strategy for insider threat detection and vetting frameworks; oversee complex investigations.
• Partner with Legal, People Ops, Trust and Safety to balance privacy with asset protection.
• Serve as primary security liaison for government-facing programs and ensure compliance with security standards.
• Execute end-to-end clearance processes and interface with USG customers on NISPOM/ICDs.
