Maples Group in Montreal, Canada is seeking a Financial Reporting Manager to lead global intercompany and transfer pricing activities. You will own key processes and provide insights across the Group, collaborating with tax, operations and finance teams.

The role reports to the Senior Financial Reporting Manager and requires a hands-on approach to support budgeting, audits and statutory reporting under IFRS or local GAAP.

Qualifications

• Accounting designation CPA/CA/CIA with 3+ years post-qualified experience.
• Strong IFRS knowledge (IFRS 10, 9, 15, 16).
• Experience with intercompany accounting is an advantage.
• Ability to work across jurisdictions/time zones.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsabilités

• Prepare transfer pricing recharge workings and ensure alignment with policy.
• Own and coordinate global intercompany balances and transactions.
• Support annual budgeting for global cost centres and IT costs alignment.
• Support global statutory audits and financial statements (IFRS/GAAP).
• Prepare global cash flow and liquidity analysis.
• Review board reports and regulatory filings.
• Support technical accounting matters with senior team members.
• Lead cross-functional projects to improve efficiency and controls.
• Uphold internal controls and standardise documentation.
• Perform ad-hoc analysis and reporting as required.
