Job summary

WELL Health Technologies is seeking a Senior BI & AI Analyst to advance data analytics, automation, and AI capabilities using the WELL Intelligence Platform. You will deliver dashboards, KPIs, and AI-enabled insights across Finance, HR, Legal, and more, partnering with data engineers and cloud teams to establish a single source of truth.

You will work remotely from anywhere in Canada, focusing on self-serve reporting, data literacy, and shaping AI-driven decision support across the business.

Qualifications

• Experience in BI/analytics building dashboards and reports.
• Able to translate business needs into KPIs and AI-assisted insights.
• Strong data-driven decision making and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to define and prioritize reporting and AI use cases.
• Translate business needs into KPIs, dashboards, reports, and AI insights.
• Design and deliver scalable BI outputs across corporate and operational functions.
• Develop automated reporting for ongoing monitoring and decision-making.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate analysis and ensure accuracy.
• Collaborate with Data Engineering to validate data quality and accessibility.
• Present insights to leaders and drive adoption across the organization.
