Responsibilities

• Own monthly financial close and reporting, including revenue recognition, accruals, and work‑in‑progress (WIP)
• Review monthly P&Ls and Balance Sheets and explain variances against forecasts
• Prepare monthly reporting packages for global consolidation in accordance with corporate reporting requirements
• Analyze various schedules within global reporting package to ensure flows and controls are validated
• Support annual budgeting and ongoing re‑forecasting processes
• Enter budgets and update forecasts in global reporting tools
• Lead semi‑annual intercompany reconciliations, resolving discrepancies across global entities
• Consolidate divisional financial statements, including capital expenditures and deductible/non‑deductible expense schedules
• Collaborate with tax consultants in the preparation of corporate tax returns
• Deliver insightful analysis and value‑added reporting to support executive decision‑making
• Support internal and external audits, including coordination and documentation
• Ensure compliance with financial guidelines, company policies, and relevant legal regulations

Qualifications & Experience

• Proven experience as a Finance Manager or in a similar role
• Minimum 2+ years of experience with full month‑end close, financial reporting, and FP&A
• CPA, CA, or CMA designation required
• Experience in a creative or agency environment is an asset
• Bilingualism (English & French) is an asset
• Knowledge of Agresso (Unit4) is an asset, but not required
• Strong ability to present financial information to non‑financial stakeholders
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Detail‑oriented and comfortable working in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure environment
• Corporate tax knowledge (e.g., provision calculations, SR&ED credits) is an asset
