Job summary

Trindent Consulting is seeking an Engagement Manager to lead client engagements in the Energy sector from our Toronto office. You will manage project scopes from initiation to close-out, oversee cross-functional teams, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery for projects ranging in complexity and value.

Travel up to 100% is required, and you’ll identify opportunities to expand workloads with clients. Ideal candidates hold an MBA or equivalent, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, and substantial operations

Qualifications

• MBA or equivalent postgraduate degree or bachelor’s with relevant energy industry experience.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification is required.
• Proven experience in operations management consulting.
• Extensive experience managing workstreams.
• Proven Value Chain Optimization experience.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver project management plans from initiation to close-out.
• Lead project teams and allocate resources across engagements.
• Deliver status reports to management and clients.
• Identify and pursue opportunities to enhance client experience.
• Mentor Operations professionals and drive internal improvements.
• Ensure projects meet timelines and budgets.
