Job summary

Trindent Consulting in Canada seeks an Engagement Manager to ensure disciplined project delivery across oil & gas refinery engagements ranging from $750K-$3MM. You will manage client relationships, guide multi-disciplinary teams, and drive value through improvement initiatives.

Travel roughly 80% to client sites across Canada and the US, with a focus on North America projects. The role demands strong leadership, robust PM skills, and a track record of delivering results on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• 5+ years refinery operations experience with proven delivery track record.
• Experience managing workstreams in downstream services and optimization.
• Strong PM processes, methodologies, and risk management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to coach teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and review project proposals and plans with staffing needs.
• Outline work plans, assign responsibilities, and review status.
• Deliver status reports to management and clients.
• Establish and maintain client engagement and resolve conflicts.
• Monitor milestones and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Mentor Operations professionals and support development plans.
• Lead internal improvement initiatives and ensure policy compliance.
• Perform other responsibilities as necessary.
