We are expanding our North American footprint, seeking experienced Engagement Managers to lead high-value refinery projects and client engagements across Canada and the United States.

Qualifikationen

• MBA or equivalent postgraduate degree; or bachelor’s in chemical/petroleum engineering with Oil & Gas refinery experience.
• Proven track record in refinery operations and downstream project delivery.
• Experience with project management processes, risk management, and client engagement.

Aufgaben

• Develop and review project proposals and plans including timeframe, staffing, and resources.
• Coordinate with Project Leadership to identify risks and mitigation strategies.
• Assign responsibilities and monitor status reports; adjust plans as needed.
• Deliver project status reports to management and clients.
• Maintain strong client engagement and effective communications.
• Manage conflicts and ensure timely resolution to protect project success.
• Monitor milestones and ensure on-time, within-budget delivery.
• Mentor Operations professionals and support development plans.
• Contribute to internal improvement initiatives and policy compliance.
