Qualifications

• Experience in Contractor Management and knowledge of ComplyWorks and major third-party contractor management platforms.
• Strong analytical skills to translate data into actionable insights and metrics.
• Ability to lead cross-functional projects and drive standard work across global teams.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills to engage stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Assist in rollout of TS2026 roadmap by developing templates, formats, and docs.
• Direct daily activities of the Advanced Prep Team and coordinate BU collaboration; drive KPI-based improvements.
• Standardize ComplyWorks and third-party accounts SOPs, tooling, and file structures to ensure data integrity.
• Serve as liaison between business stakeholders and ComplyWorks; coordinate communications across EHS and Sourcing.
• Support the ComplyWorks improvement roadmap; coordinate with Contractor Management Leader, DT Strategy, and stakeholders.
• Update training materials and Learning Bits; ensure users are trained.
