Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking an Environmental, Health & Safety Lead to join the Data Center Facility Operations team on site. You will develop and implement EHS programs, work with global and local teams, and ensure compliance with EHS standards to keep employees and partners safe.

You will deliver training, coordinate with vendors, and drive site-specific plans aligned with global EHS requirements. A strong track record in incident investigations and program management is required.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Environmental, Health and Safety.
• BS degree in safety/health sciences with 3+ years of experience acceptable.
• Experience in program development, management, and incident investigations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and track health and safety training for onsite employees and contingent workers.
• Provide functional direction to contracted services and partner with site teams on priorities.
• Develop and manage site EHS plans and standards; support incident investigations and risk assessments.
