Job summary

Talent.com is seeking a Controller to lead our accounting function across multiple legal entities and currencies. You will report to the CFO and ensure a predictable close, strong controls, and clean audits in every market.

You will partner with FP&A and business leaders to provide reliable actuals and clarity on financial data. We prioritize cross‑border collaboration and scalable processes, with a fast‑paced, people‑focused culture.

Qualifications

• Senior accounting and controllership experience, ownership of the close and control environment.
• Experience managing accounting across multiple countries and currencies.
• Experience leading external and statutory audits.
• Experience building distributed accounting teams and leading managers.
• CPA or equivalent designation or active CPA track.

Responsibilities

• Lead accounting operations end to end across entities and currencies.
• Publish and maintain a global close calendar with clear ownership.
• Set and enforce accounting policy across jurisdictions.
• Maintain a strong control environment and documented processes.
• Coordinate with tax, statutory, and compliance teams in each market.
• Lead audits and prepare statutory financial statements.
• Provide finance analysis to CFO and board for planning and forecasting.
• Develop international accounting team and drive automation to shorten close.
