Job summary

Insight Global seeks a Controller to lead finance and accounting, ensuring strong financial stewardship across the function. The role combines hands-on leadership with strategic guidance to support growth, improve processes, and deliver timely financial information.

The successful candidate will oversee reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, audits, and internal controls while partnering with senior leadership to drive organizational efficiency and strategic decision-making.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in finance/accounting.
• Experience in service industries (law firms, professional services, marketing, CPG).
• CPA designation is required.
• Must have full cycle experience including month end close.
• Resource management experience.
• Ability to work cross functionally with senior leadership.

Job Description

The Controller will play a critical role in supporting the organization's strategic objectives while ensuring strong financial stewardship across the finance and accounting function. This hands‑on leadership position is responsible for overseeing financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, audit coordination, and internal controls. Working closely with the leadership team, the Controller will provide strategic financial guidance, deliver timely and accurate financial information, and drive improvements in financial processes, reporting capabilities, and operational efficiency. The successful candidate will combine strong technical accounting expertise with the ability to support business decision-making and organizational growth.

Skills and Requirements

• 8+ years of experience within finance / accounting
• Experience within the service industry experience ( law firms, professional services, marketing industry, Consumer Packaged Goods, etc)
• CPA designation
• Must have full cycle experience including month end
• Resource management experience
• Ability to work cross functionally and directly with high level leadership
