Job summary

AppleOne, Inc. is seeking a Controller to lead accounting across multiple business units. You will oversee a 10+ person international team through two direct reports, driving close, reporting, and compliance with IFRS and internal controls.

The role emphasizes process improvements, automation, and cross-location coaching, with a focus on statutory audits and cash forecasting within a global, multi-currency context.

Qualifications

• Experience leading accounting in a public company, multi-entity, and multi-currency environment.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS, controls and revenue recognition.
• Record of process improvement and automation.

Responsibilities

• Own the close and reporting process across multiple business units.
• Lead general accounting, AP and AR.
• Act as the main contact for statutory audits.
• Improve processes, systems and controls through standardization and automation.
• Ensure IFRS and internal controls are applied consistently.
• Oversee cash forecasting and working capital.
• Integrate acquired businesses.
• Coach and develop a team spread across several locations.

The Successful Candidate

• Strong knowledge of IFRS, controls and revenue recognition
• A record of process improvement and automation
• Clear communicator who works well with teams in different jurisdictions
