Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Business Administration or related field.
• Master’s degree or CHRP/CHRL or equivalent is an asset.
• Experience leading and managing HR professionals.
• Understanding of total rewards, market competitiveness and international HR practices.

Responsibilities

• Set the strategic direction for global compensation and total rewards programs.
• Oversee delivery of benefits, payroll, HR systems, job classification and relocation services.
• Provide advice on global compensation trends and risks to senior management.
