Celestica Inc. is offering a 14-month Student Intern position in Human Resources (Global Compensation) based in Toronto, ON. Start date May 2027 with exposure to Compensation, Global Mobility, Recruitment, Onboarding, Job Evaluation, and data management.

The role emphasizes hands-on learning, confidentiality, and collaboration within global teams. Hourly wage ranges from CAD 23 to CAD 30, with potential for future opportunities.

Qualificações

• Strong interest in human resources and data-driven HR
• Familiarity with databases and data management
• Self-motivated with excellent interpersonal skills
• Strong verbal and written communication and problem-solving abilities

Responsabilidades

• Assist with compensation benchmarking and annual surveys
• Support quarterly reporting for employee variable pay programs
• Assist with job evaluations for new and modified roles
• Run regular and ad-hoc reports to support compensation analysis and headcount data
• Provide administration support for ongoing deliverables and projects
• Process invoices and transfer files as needed
• Document processes and procedures for reference
