Electronic Arts in Vancouver is seeking a Senior Compensation Analyst to design and manage global compensation programs. You will partner with People Experience, HRIS, and business leaders, delivering data-driven insights to attract and retain EA talent in a hybrid work model with three days in the office.

You'll contribute to salary structures, benchmarking, and incentive programs, support governance, and mentor junior analysts while coordinating with global teams across time zones.

Qualifications

• Experience with annual pay cycles and salary structure modeling.
• Experience with geo-pricing and market benchmarking.
• Knowledge of short and long-term incentive programs.
• Ability to validate large data sets and ensure accuracy.
• Ability to collaborate across global teams and time zones.

Responsabilités

• Leads analytical preparation and system readiness for annual and midyear compensation planning cycles (salary, bonus, LTC).
• Leads market benchmarking and internal pay analyses across business areas.
• Advises HR and business leaders on compensation decisions and job evaluations.
• Supports design and enhancement of salary structures and incentive programs.
• Identifies pay trends and recommends adjustments aligned with frameworks.
• Oversees execution of salary review cycles for assigned regions or functions.
• Ensures regulatory and governance alignment in compensation practices.
• Develops materials and insights for leadership discussions.
• Identifies opportunities to improve compensation processes, reporting, tools, and efficiency.
• Leads compensation-related projects and program implementations.
