Job summary

Manulife John Hancock is offering a Global Colleague Community Engagement Co-op for students to explore CSR initiatives, event planning, stakeholder coordination, data tracking, and internal communications while contributing to social impact across regions.

As part of GRO, the premier early talent program, you will support initiatives like Impact Week and Season of Giving and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a global corporate setting.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective written and verbal communication, with the ability to synthesize information into clear insights.
• Comfortable working with data and basic reporting using common tools.
• Interest in community engagement, volunteering, CSR, and social impact programs.
• Prior internship or experience in event planning, communications, or program coordination is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Support planning and execution of Impact Week and Season of Giving activities.
• Coordinate with teams across regions to track participation and program details.
• Help gather and organize campaign data, including volunteer metrics and impact results.
• Assist with internal communications, storytelling, and content development.
• Support event logistics and stakeholder coordination as needed.
