Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a Clinical Trial Manager to oversee site management, clinical monitoring, and central monitoring deliverables with a focus on patient safety, protocol/GCP/regulatory compliance, and data integrity.

You will oversee interactions with investigators from activation to closeout, coordinate with CRAs and cross‑functional teams, and apply risk-based monitoring principles to identify and mitigate study risks in an international environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or RN in a related field and/or equivalent experience.
• Demonstrated ability to lead clinical operations and monitoring teams.
• Knowledge of GCP/ICH guidelines and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Site management oversight and central monitoring with focus on patient safety and data integrity.
• Oversees site interactions post activation through closeout.
• Reviews scope, budget and protocol; ensures team awareness of obligations.
• Uses data and metrics to identify risks to deliverables and escalates as needed.
• Leads meetings and coordinates with cross-functional teams and investigators.
• Manages CTMS/EDC tools and ensures timely data updates and audits.
• Provides training to study teams on protocols, plans and timelines.
• Ensures risk-based monitoring and budget compliance across trials.
