Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent is required.
• Minimum 2 years of maritime industry experience or related field.
• Excellent written and spoken English and French.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment.

Responsibilities

• Apply Hapag-Lloyd policies and special cargo regulations
• Identify optimal container routes from origin to destination
• Collaborate with Equipment Department to confirm equipment availability
• Ensure timely receipt of all required shipment documentation
• Update bookings and notify stakeholders of any changes
• Resolve customer issues and respond to information requests
• Coordinate with Terminal Operations for efficient handling of shipments
• Track cargo worldwide to verify vessel and load lists
• Work with Sales to manage specific customer accounts
• Communicate rate‑agreement concerns to Sales for resolution
