Job summary

Aon in Montreal is seeking a Global Benefits AVP - Captive hybrid role, combining office and remote work. You will lead captive employee benefits services for multinational clients, delivering strategic advice and coordinating cross-functional resources to meet client objectives.

You will manage client relationships, support sales, review pricing and underwriting analyses, and contribute to market leadership in captive employee benefits.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of international or non-US benefits experience in insurance or professional services.
• Bilingual (French and English); other languages are a plus.
• Strong communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to organize and coordinate resources to meet multiple deadlines.
• Demonstrated interest in global environments, cultures and languages.

Responsibilities

• Lead active account management for captive clients with support from team members.
• Coordinate resources to meet project and client deadlines
• Review pricing and underwriting analyses for accuracy and client impact
• Support sales opportunities and expansion of services to existing clients
• Represent Global Benefits and captive services in client meetings and market engagements
