Qualifications

• Post-secondary degree in Business, Commerce or related field.
• Executive leadership experience in national or multi-regional environment.
• Strong knowledge of Canadian commercial insurance and mid-market segments.

Responsabilités

• Provide strategic leadership for national claims delivery across mid-market and Specialty & MGA portfolios.
• Set claims standards, oversee complex losses, and ensure financial stewardship.
• Lead bilingual service across Canada and manage regional claims operations.
• Champion use of analytics, tools, and AI-enabled capabilities to improve outcomes.
• Build and retain a high-performing team with coaching and succession planning.
