Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; Master’s preferred.
• 5+ years managing training programs in manufacturing/industrial environments.
• 3+ years administering document control systems.
• Familiarity with ISO-based management systems & lean/continuous improvement environments.
• Strong skills in SharePoint, Power BI & workflow automation platforms.
• Collaborative leader able to influence across multiple sites.
• Coach & mentor who develops people & builds culture.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project scopes across engineering, storefronts, curtain walls, operable windows, doors, unitized systems, skylights and glass.
• Maintain clear communication with customers and internal/external stakeholders; ensure project scope aligns with quotes and design needs.
• Develop and maintain a detailed schedule of deliverables based on project timelines and keep comprehensive records of all documents.
