Job summary

Triumph Group of Companies in Mississauga is seeking a Project Coordinator, Glazing to support the Project Manager across the full lifecycle of commercial and residential glazing projects. You will help track budgets, schedules, submittals, and documentation while facilitating communication between clients, general contractors, site supervisors, and suppliers.

Qualifications

• Experience in coordinating construction projects, tracking budgets and schedules.
• Ability to read architectural drawings, specifications and shop drawings.
• Proficiency with construction management software and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Support the Project Manager across the full lifecycle of glazing projects from award to close-out.
• Maintain project documentation including submittals and shop drawings.
• Help build and update project schedules and flag sequencing issues.
• Track costs against the approved budget and assist with purchase orders.
• Coordinate RFIs and change orders, and keep records current.
• Communicate with clients, general contractors, suppliers, and site supervisors.
• Attend site visits to learn installation, quality, and safety management.
• Prepare project status updates and reports for leadership.
• Assist with close-out activities including inspections and handover.
