DESA Glass in Calgary, AB is hiring a full-time Project Manager to lead curtain wall projects from planning to completion. You will manage budgets, schedules, resources and coordinate with vendors, contractors, architects and clients to deliver high-quality envelopes on time.

The role requires a diploma or bachelor's degree and strong glazing experience. PMP is preferred; excellent communication, organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple projects are essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor Degree in related field.
• PMP certification is preferred.
• Experience in stick curtain wall, unitized and window wall.
• Experience in understanding drawings, and specifications with strong glazing experience.
• Strong project management skills
• Proficiency in inspection and quality control
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously valuing from $100K – $30 million.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent time management skills
• Ability to adapt to changing environments and timelines
• Excellent attention to detail
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to organize priorities based on deadlines.
