Job summary

Flynn Group of Companies seeks a Glazing Project Manager to join our Winnipeg team to oversee commercial glazing projects from award to completion. You will review drawings, specifications, contracts and project documents while coordinating budgets, schedules and field activities.

This role offers ongoing training through Flynn University and eLearning, a performance-based bonus, vehicle allowance and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as Project Coordinator, Estimator, or Project Manager in commercial construction.
• Commercial glazing experience is required.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to review drawings, specifications, and contracts.
• Experience working directly with customers and project stakeholders.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management software.
• Education in Construction Management, Building Science, Civil Engineering, or related field is an asset.
• Experience with Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam or similar software is an asset.
• Valid driver's license and ability to pass a criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial glazing projects from award through completion.

• Develop and track project budgets, schedules, and labor targets.
• Coordinate manpower, procurement, fabrication, and installation activities.
• Build strong relationships with customers, consultants, suppliers, and contractors.

• Lead project kickoff, progress, and closeout meetings.
• Collaborate closely with field teams and operations staff.
• Ensure project safety, quality, schedule, and financial objectives are achieved.
