GIFT SHOP RETAILER

Location: Horseshoe Bay

Type: Casual

Responsibilities

1. Maintain standards for the gift shop, including merchandising new stock and working with Merchandisers to uphold the planogram vision.
2. Coach shipboard staff in loss prevention, retail practices, policies, and procedures.
3. Analyze data from various sources to achieve financial objectives.

Qualifications

1. Certificate or Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or equivalent.
2. Studied merchandising, retail, loss prevention, and customer service.
3. 3-5 years of customer service experience, preferably in retail, including 2-3 years in merchandising and display, ideally in giftware and apparel.

Skills

• Strong sales and communication skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team under pressure.
• Ability to coordinate and prioritize multiple tasks.
