GIFT SHOP RETAILER
Location: Tsawwassen

We are seeking a passionate individual with a strong customer service focus and a goal-oriented mindset to join our team as a Gift Shop Retailer. In this role, you will ensure the gift shop maintains high standards, including merchandising new stock, collaborating with Merchandisers on planogram execution, coaching staff on loss prevention, retail policies, and procedures. You will analyze data from various sources to achieve financial objectives.
Ideal candidates will possess strong sales and communication skills, be self-motivated, capable of working independently and as part of a team under pressure. You should be able to coordinate and prioritize multiple tasks effectively. A customer-focused and results-driven attitude is essential.
Qualifications include a Certificate or Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, with studies in merchandising, retail, loss prevention, and customer service. Candidates should have 3-5 years of customer service experience, preferably in retail, including 2-3 years in merchandising and display, ideally in giftware and apparel sectors.
