The Assistant Store Manager at our store in downtown Vancouver makes the client’s needs his/her first priority. He/she strives to build client relationships, listen to clients to anticipate their needs, and take personal responsibility for the client’s requests. The Assistant Store Manager is very knowledgeable about company merchandise and remains continuously up to date as new products are introduced. The incumbent strives to create a good impression and deliver memorable service to clients.
In addition, the Assistant Store Manager assists the Store Director with daily store operations. Together with the Store Director, the Assistant Store Manager is responsible for meeting and exceeding sales and store operation objectives through proactive selling techniques.
