Aufgaben

• Gather accounts of the facts from policyholders and/or witnesses/third parties by interviewing them with tact and diligence, in accordance with our clients’ quality and customer service standards.
• Investigate the facts and circumstances to determine the cause and liability of the claim, assess damages, provide well-founded recommendations to clients, and negotiate claim settlements.
• Participate in business development by meeting regularly with current clients.
• Perform assigned tasks in accordance with established work standards, policies, and procedures.
