Job summary

Desjardins Group is seeking licensed road claims adjusters to manage claims from start to finish with empathetic customer follow-up. You will investigate or inspect to assess damage from home or civil liability claims for individuals or businesses.

Requirements include a personal adjuster's license, AMF license, and fluency in French. Domestic travel across the Island of Montreal, South Shore, or Chicoutimi is expected, with telecommuting across Quebec.

Qualifications

• Four years of relevant experience as a home claims adjuster.
• Must hold AMF license and a personal adjuster's license.
• Fluency in French is required.
• Willingness to travel within the Island of Montreal, the South Shore, or the Chicoutimi region.

Responsibilities

• Handle claims files from start to finish with empathetic, professional follow-up.
• Investigate or inspect to assess damage for home or civil liability claims.
• Travel as needed to manage claims on site.
