Job summary

Medline Canada Corporation is seeking a bilingual Account Manager for the hospital market to drive sales and margins within identified client accounts in the Montréal territory. You will engage clients on-site and remotely to grow Medline's product base with existing customers.

The role requires 1–2 years of healthcare sales experience, a business degree, and strong communication and analytical skills. Proficiency with SAP, Excel, and Salesforce is an asset.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of sales experience, preferably in healthcare.
• Degree or studies in business.
• Strong business acumen and sales skills with analytical abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, with client-facing experience.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and develop a strategic business plan for targeted clients with regional sales leadership.
• Contribute to annual sales plans for identified accounts in the Montreal territory.
• Meet or exceed sales and margin targets across assigned accounts.
• Maintain product knowledge to support launches and provide client training as needed.
