Nous recherchons un(e) Responsable de Boutique de Luxe expérimenté(e) et passionné(e) pour diriger notre équipe en boutique, garantir l’excellence du service client et assurer le respect des standards de la marque. Le/la candidat(e) idéal(e) possède de solides compétences en leadership, un grand sens du détail, et une parfaite connaissance du marché du luxe.

Missions principales :
  • Management & Développement d’équipe
  • Encadrer, motiver et fédérer l’équipe pour atteindre les objectifs de vente et offrir un service client d’exception.
  • Organiser des évaluations régulières et des sessions de formation.
  • Instaurer une culture d’excellence, de professionnalisme et de passion pour la marque.
  • Expérience client
  • Garantir une expérience d’achat personnalisée et mémorable.
  • Développer une relation durable avec la clientèle grâce à des outils de CRM et de clienteling.
  • Gérer les clients VIP avec discrétion et service premium.
  • Ventes & Opérations
  • Atteindre ou dépasser les objectifs de vente, KPIs et indicateurs de performance.
  • Superviser la gestion des stocks, des approvisionnements et du merchandising selon les directives de la marque.
  • Assurer la bonne application des procédures internes.
  • Ambassadeur(rice) de la Marque
  • Représenter l’image, les valeurs et l’univers de la marque en boutique et à l’extérieur.
  • Se tenir informé(e) de l’histoire de la marque, des collections et des caractéristiques produit.
  • Mettre en valeur la marque à travers un storytelling engageant et une vente expérientielle.
Profil recherché :
  • Expérience confirmée (3 à 5 ans minimum) dans un poste similaire en gestion de boutique de luxe ou de mode haut de gamme.
  • Excellentes compétences managériales, relationnelles et de communication.
  • Passion pour l’univers du luxe, de la mode et du service client haut de gamme.
  • Maîtrise du français et de l’anglais
  • Bonne maîtrise des outils de caisse, de gestion des stocks et CRM.

  • Meet or exceed sales goals, KPIs, and other performance metrics.
  • Oversee inventory, stock levels, and visual merchandising in accordance with brand guidelines.
  • Ensure all store operations comply with company policies and procedures.
  • Brand Ambassador
  • Represent the brand image, voice, and ethos both in-store and in the community.
  • Stay updated on brand history, product knowledge, and seasonal collections.
  • Promote brand loyalty through storytelling and experiential selling.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience (3–5+ years) in luxury retail management or high-end fashion.
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Passion for luxury, fashion, and delivering world-class service.
  • Fluent in French and English.
  • Proficient in POS systems, inventory management, and CRM platforms.
