Job summary

Pinchin Ltd. is seeking a Geotechnical Project Manager to join the Greater Toronto Area team. You will lead geotechnical projects, coordinate field investigations, and prepare technical reports for clients in a collaborative, growing practice.

Ideal candidates have 5–10 years of geotechnical engineering and project management experience, with the possibility of PE0 licensure. Hybrid work in GTA with strong growth opportunities and client-facing responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Degree in Geotechnical, Civil or Geological Engineering or related discipline.
• 5–10 years of geotechnical engineering with project management experience.
• Licensed or ability to become licensed with the PEO.
• Able to manage multiple projects from initiation to completion.
• Demonstrated written and verbal communication with clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver geotechnical projects from small to large scale.
• Coordinate field investigations, subcontractors, budgets and schedules.
• Complete engineering design and assessment for foundation, slope stability, and settlement analysis.
• Develop project scopes, budgets, schedules and proposals.
• Prepare geotechnical reports and memorandums for clients.
• Assist with client management and business development.
• Mentor and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across the company.
