Job summary

AtkinsRéalis Canada Inc. seeks a Geotechnical Project Manager (P.Eng.) to lead geotechnical projects in Ontario from pursuit through design and construction support.

The role is based in Ottawa or Vaughan with a hybrid work setup. You will manage multidisciplinary teams, coordinate contractors and laboratories, and ensure scope, schedule, budget, quality, and client satisfaction across public-sector clients such as Metrolinx and municipal authorities.

Qualifications

• Must have a civil or Geological Engineering background with geotechnical focus.
• P.Eng. licensure in Ontario is required.
• Strong project and commercial management capability including budgets, scheduling, and client engagement.

Responsibilities

• Lead geotechnical projects from pursuit to closeout with accountability for scope, schedule, budget, quality and risk.
• Direct multidisciplinary teams and coordinate subconsultants, drilling contractors and laboratories.
• Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, forecasts and change-control strategies; provide clear reporting on performance.
• Lead client communications, proposals, negotiations and contract administration; support business development.
