Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or related discipline preferred.
• 3–5 years in product management, marketing, sales, or industry related experience preferred.
• Technical knowledge of textiles or polymer science is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive financial performance and understand subsystem P&L.
• Plan and execute product launches, marketing campaigns, and promotions.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
• Collaborate with Operations to forecast sales and optimize manufacturing plan.
