Job summary

ENS Solutions, LLC seeks a GEOINT History Program Specialist – Mid to lead the development and execution of NGA history content, archives, and museum support. You will curate materials, assist audits, and coordinate with NGA for internal and external audiences.

The role emphasizes research, curation, and public-facing communications, with collaboration across records management and museum colleagues in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in History, Geography, Library Science, Museum Studies, Museum Science, or related field.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in history, geography, library science, museum studies, or museum science; or 5+ years direct museum practice if no bachelor’s.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• High attention to detail in inventorying and metadata.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to work with colleagues and partners.
• Ability to translate complex information into clear, accessible language.

Responsibilities

• Content Development & Execution: Research, develop, and execute a high volume of historical content for internal and external audiences.
• Historical Research Center Archiving: Archival processing, metadata entry, and collaboration with Records Management and National Archives.
• Historical Research Center Curation: Record processing for artifacts, inventory, and ensuring accountability; assist audits and deaccessions as required.
• NGA Museum Support: Work with museums on loans, exhibits, and development of historical displays and experiences; provide guided tours.
