Reliance Home Comfort is seeking an AI Enablement Specialist to design, test, and refine prompts, and build AI-powered workflows that improve productivity and business outcomes. You will collaborate with a skilled team and stakeholders across the organization to translate complex challenges into practical AI solutions.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years experience in AI, automation, software dev, or related field.
• Degree or diploma in CS, Engineering, IT, BTM, AI, or related discipline.
• Experience with LLMs and generative AI platforms.
• Experience designing prompts and building AI workflows.
• Familiarity with Power Platform, Power Automate, Python, APIs, low-code is asset.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to navigate ambiguity.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management; translates tech for non-technical audiences.
• Growth mindset and curiosity for emerging tech.

Responsibilities

• Design, test, and refine prompts for generative AI.
• Build AI-powered workflows and automations.
• Partner with stakeholders to identify opportunities and requirements.
• Develop proofs of concept and prototypes.
• Monitor performance and recommend enhancements.
• Support data-driven reporting and analytics.
• Optimize AI models, prompts, and workflows.
• Support responsible AI practices including governance and privacy.
• Create documentation, guides, and training materials.
• Work independently through ambiguity to deliver outcomes.
• Stay current on AI trends and tools.
