Qualifications

• Previous experience in construction or property management is required.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
• Basic knowledge of tools and equipment used in construction.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Handyman / Renovation skills are plus.
• Mechanical Skills are a plus.

Responsibilities
