Aegis Industrial Finishing is looking for a General Labourer to support the smooth flow of our production floor and help keep our work areas clean and organized. It's a great entry point into learning how Aegis works, with a real path to grow into more specialized roles as you build experience.

This foundational role includes medical, dental, and other benefits, paid in-house skills training, an annual boot allowance, custom-fitted hearing protection, and team social events, with a clear avenue

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; training provided.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and move product safely.
• Willingness to follow written and verbal instructions and safety procedures.

What You'll Do:

• Assist production staff as instructed
• Help move product through the shop
• Contribute effectively to production

What We're Looking For:

• Physically fit and comfortable lifting and moving product (never lifting more than 50 lbs alone).
• Attention to detail, with respect and appreciation for order and cleanliness.
• Understands and demonstrates our company core values.
• Reliable and safety-minded.
• Reads and follows written instructions in English.
• No experience necessary — we train you.

Safety:

• Appropriate PPE required at all times
• When moving or hanging parts, never lift more than 50 lbs on your own
• Approved steel-toe footwear and hearing protection required when on the shop floor for extended periods
