Aegis Industrial Finishing Ltd. is seeking a General Laborer to support the smooth flow of our production floor, keep work areas clean, and learn how the company operates. This entry point offers a real path to grow into more specialized roles as you gain experience.

You will work on the shop floor, assist production staff, and follow SOPs while maintaining a safe and orderly environment. No experience is required, and training is provided.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift and move products up to 50 lbs as needed.
• Read and follow written instructions in English.
• No previous experience required; training provided by employer.
• Reliable and safety-conscious team member.

About the Role:

What You'll Do:

• Assist production staff as instructed
• Help move product through the shop
• Contribute effectively to production
• Follow best practices and standard operating procedures as trained
• Maintain cleanliness of your work area and equipment
• Work safely and follow all site safety procedures

What We're Looking For:

• Physically fit and comfortable lifting and moving product (never lifting more than 50 lbs alone).
• Attention to detail, with respect and appreciation for order and cleanliness.
• Understands and demonstrates our company core values.
• Reliable and safety-minded.
• Reads and follows written instructions in English.
• No experience necessary — we train you.

Safety:

• Appropriate PPE required at all times
• When moving or hanging parts, never lift more than 50 lbs on your own
• Approved steel-toe footwear and hearing protection required when on the shop floor for extended periods
