Responsibilities
- Administrative duties as required
- Warehouse cleanliness and organization
- Clean Drivers Abstract with driving experience (up to 5-ton truck)
- Demolition of work area
- Responsible for various material pick up and deliveries
- Help various building trade Associates regarding handling materials and equipment
- Ensure accurate and proper inventory management and allocation of materials
- Thorough, assistance in clean-up of renovation areasComplete other tasks assigned by the Leader
- Assist team as needed
Experience
- Knowledge of basic tools
- Clean drivers abstract with driving experience
- Construction safety training is an asset
Technical Requirements
- Ability to learn in house programs
- Basic knowledge of Inventory Control
- Familiarity with computer tablets is an asset
Non-Technical Requirements
- Ability to work independently and with other Associates in a team environment
- Exceptional organizational, interpersonal and time-management skills
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Deadline and goal oriented
- Ability to spend up to eight hours walking, standing, climbing stairs, lifting
- Ability to maneuver up to 70 lbs with the proper equipment
- Use and promote safe working practices
