Job summary

Responsibilities

• Lead daily team huddles and communicate updates to the store team.
• Support scheduling, coverage, and workforce availability.
• Support safety and cleanliness, ensuring displays are secure and free of debris.
• Assist in recruiting/hiring processes and associate development with coaching leads.
