Job summary

Responsibilities

• Support direction and align tasks with priorities from Store Management.
• Assess department presentation and implement merchandising changes as needed.
• Communicate with associates, lead daily huddles, and track productivity.
• Assign associates to coverages and availability tasks across the store.
• Identify training opportunities and develop associates through coaching.
• Maintain a safe, clean work environment and ensure displays are secure.
• Assist with GTA/Workday tasks and support management.
• Collaborate with leadership to manage performance and recruitment.
