Job summary

Walmart Canada in Red Deer, AB is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead daily store operations, drive profitable sales, and deliver friendly, helpful service in line with company guidelines.

You will supervise merchandising, pricing, asset protection and safety, coach associates, and implement store programs with a focus on omni-channel and Total Store initiatives. Prior leadership and budget management experience are required.

Responsibilities

• Drive profitable sales and meet budget goals through analysis of sales/financial reports and trends.
• Coordinate operational plans with Management Team; provide direction to Managers and Associates.
• Oversee asset protection, safety controls, and compliance with company policies.
• Maintain excellent customer service by addressing needs and resolving issues promptly.
• Lead store meetings, communicate initiatives, and develop associates for growth.
• Ensure accurate pricing, merchandising standards, and store presentation.
• Collaborate with supporting functions (e.g., HR, District) to run the store effectively.
• Handle high-value cash controls and security procedures up to daily volumes.
