Walmart Canada is seeking a General Merchandise Associate to deliver exceptional customer service, keep the sales floor organized, and support stocking and merchandising across the general merchandise area. The role emphasizes customer interaction, product knowledge, and teamwork in a fast-paced retail environment.

Minimum qualifications include being 16 or older, with the ability to work diverse shifts including evenings, weekends and holidays. Location is 1451 BOUL TALBOT, CHICOUTIMI, QC.

Responsabilités

• Deliver an excellent customer experience by greeting customers, assisting with product selection, promoting products and services, helping locate merchandise, supporting purchase decisions, and resolving or referring customer concerns as needed.
• Sales floor coverage and team support by covering assigned areas and assisting with Front End coverage as required.
• Merchandising, zoning and recovery to keep floors clean and organized and move feature merchandise to its modular location.
• Stocking and modular execution including downstocking, protection, and setting modulars and new shelf caps.
• Safety, cleanliness and compliance by following policies and ensuring displays and fixtures are secure.
• Flexibility in availability/work schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays to meet business needs.
