Walmart Canada is looking for a General Merchandise Associate to deliver an exceptional customer experience. You will greet customers, assist with product selection, promote services, and help locate merchandise to support purchase decisions in a fast-paced retail setting.

Responsibilities include stocking, merchandising, safety, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. This role is based at the Brossard, QC location and offers a competitive starting hourly wage.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an Excellent Customer Experience by greeting customers, assisting with product selection, promoting products and services, helping locate merchandise, supporting purchase decisions, and resolving concerns.
• Sales Floor Coverage and Team Support by covering areas of the floor and assisting with Front End coverage to meet customer needs.
• Merchandising, Zoning, and Recovery by keeping areas clean, moving feature merchandise, and handling recovery tasks from the service desk.
• Stocking and Modular Execution by stocking, downstocking, protecting products, and setting modulars and shelf caps.
• Safety, Cleanliness, and Compliance by maintaining a hazard-free environment and following policies.
• Flexibility by working a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
