Responsibilities

• Delivers friendly and professional customer service in-store, assists with product selection, promotes products and services, helps locate merchandise, and resolves customer concerns.
• Covers assigned areas of the sales floor and supports Front End coverage when required, ensuring area is stocked and customer needs are met.
• Zones and merchandises areas to maintain a clean, organized floor; moves feature merchandise to its location and handles recovery from various areas.
• Stocks merchandise and completes downstocking as required; applies product protection and sets modulars, including new shelf caps.
• Maintains a safe, clean work environment by following policies, completing safety checks, and ensuring displays and fixtures are secure.
• Be open to a variety of shifts (evenings, weekends, holidays) to support store needs and maintain high-quality service.
